larva infestations,yelling campers,missoula...

... and just camp life in general...

so i am at camp lol... just finished up week three of actually camp and week four of being here..( staff training, junior week 1, high school, and then camp promise 1)... talk about hard,fun,rewarding, and stretching adverntures in my life.... so there are four girl counselors here for the whole summer....( and others who are here random weeks)... Angie is 19, Rebecca is 21, Kristine is 19, and then there is me at 20. One guy counselor for the whole summer... Thomas is 22 an d Kristine's finacee.... so staff training was great getting to know everyone... one of my old counselors Sarah (22) is the programing director so thats pretty much amazing... the assistant cook is anne(21) and so ya i love all of them they kick butt:) Priyanke is here till the 25th going to miss him bunchez when he goes...i have such a bond with these guys... well the girls for the most part are supremely tight, kristine on the weekends is usually with thomas which makes sense so ya here are about the weeks of camp and then some fun adventures...

Week 1 jr week... was really good my girls were pretty much amazing i had 5th graders and i adored them. One of them got saved right as her mom came to pick her up saturday... SWEET NECTARNESS...

week 2 high school week... super hard, some of my girls tried to sneak out.. it was just emotionally draining and a tough but stretching week... but God got me through

week 3 camp promise one... holy cow tough, emotionaly and physically draing but God showed up and helped me out..YA GOD!!!! God is just making me grow into the woman He wants me to be...

so here are some stories lol...

so the whole larva(maggot) infestation in crestion....me,angie and rebecca were sitting in there and rebecca says something is falling on her and we dont believe her, but then angie sees them on her and it was maggots fromt he ceiling..we pretty much ran out screaming and were not happy at all..the building has now been sprayed by a bug guy so we should be good lol... it was quite the adventure so ya...

um last weekend we(rebecca,angie,anne,vanessa,and i) went to missoula and stayed at Sarah's house...it was so much fun...and then this weekend some of us just chilled together.. and us girls (well mostly anne,sarah,and i ) stay up late into the weekend nights talking about pretty much everything.... its go great to have these bonds with people and to feel so connected to them....

so thats the generals of my summer...its been great so far lol...love you guys

So for those of you who didnt know, yesterday was my birthday and i had a great one!! So yesterday we had biscits and gravy for breakfast, blt's on bagles with cream cheese for lunch, and then for dinner stirfry,rice,egg roles and banana split cake...YUMMY... so ya this is what i got... Greg got me a really cool pink city brew coffee mug(the kind that keeps it warm and such), Priyanke got me a cd of the Rescue(they are good),Stacie got me a scarf and a 10 dollar gift card to citybrew lol,Mrs. B got me the devotional My upmost for His highest,Rachel got me perfume from bath and body works,lotion,3 sets of earings(hearts with keys, stars, and leafs), gift card to citybrew,gift card to borders,yummy lip gloss from bath and body,bookmark with a cool saying, Matty got me like 7 diff boxes of candy and magic cards lol...,and brandon gave me a funny card ( it said Happy Birthday to a grandaughter who is loveable and sweet...well brandon crossed out grandaughter and had an arrow pointing to barbie on it.. but brandon said it was supossed to be a princess....lol), I got five dollars from my aunt betty and uncle bill, A card from my parents, and I got Sheryl Crows new cd and book from my sister lol... so thank you guys so much!!
Well if you are wondering what i did, well in the afternoon Rachel,Greg and I went to Wayfarys state park and looked at the lake, and then decided to drive around flathead lake... that was fun, then after dinner we(Me,Rach,Greg,Priyanke,Matt,Brandon,Jamie,Olivia,Heidi) went iceskating in kalispell and then we(Me,Rach,Greg,Priyanke,Matty,Brandon,and Jamie)to coffee.. i had a vanilla chai frappe for josh!:),then tonight we are going to thai food, and then a movie..not sure which one yet... so ya i had a great birthday so thank you guys.. I LOVE YA

...cuz i am anemic...

calm down people, I am okay,they poked me and did the whole blood test for iron, and i had a 36 when i needed a 38... so that was kinda dissapointing...i wanted to give blood to save a life..lol, then rachel and i went to IGA and bought Greg crackers,7up and flowers because he was feeling not so hot... he said it was the first time he has ever gotten flowers...lol so that pretty much was my day lol...FUN i know hehe..not to much excitement in my life at this moment...not looking forward to valentines day for a certain reason..but i will get over it..i think maybe Rachel and i are going to hang out, since its not like i will have other plans... I love you guys...have a fantabulous day yall
