making a difference??

... sometimes you wonder...

so on wednesday nights, i and rachel have an awana group. There are four girls, all crazy and simply amazing. I am so glad all four of them are there... Well last night it was just me and the four and it went way well, well during handbook time one of the girls was like happy can you pray for my family and i was like sure honey whats wrong and so she proceded to tell me a little and so then we prayed and she had more she wanted to tell me so she stayed after and we talked some more and hopefully i helped some, i didnt say much, i just listened but she is amazing, and i guess that is how you know you are making a difference.... when they trust you enough to come to you and ask for prayer and share troubles.... So i guess that I am hoping that God keeps usuing me and allowing me to make a difference in young lives!! They are a beautiful thing!!!

Again we have more snow and again its a beautiful thing... In Romans yesterday we read the verse about God being obvious in creation and man what a true statement... Gods inumerable attributes ARE clearly seen in our world, just look outside...

K venting time.... In our culture today so many people make sports their god, and its huge in the christian church and i think most people dont even pay attention to it... For instance there is a big football playoff game this weekend and normally we have discipleship at 7pm on sunday nights but this week we are pushing it back to 7:30 so we can watch the game and i know that i am probably sounded dumb, but again make accomidations for football and how often do we rearrange stuff for God?? Rarely, but sports?? Often! and i guess that is one thing that bothers me about our culture...no worries there are many more:)

Ya i am not sure these are even read, but i enjoy writting this blog so ya...
